Matthew Wong is currently a 2nd year MFA student at the School of Creative Media, City University of Hong Kong. His primary medium as an artist is photography, although he is also a poet, painter and critical essayist. In 2011, he has been selected to represent the Hong Kong pavilion Frogtopia Hongkornucopia at the 54th Venice Biennale as an intern. October 2011 marks the opening of his debut solo exhibition, Fidelity, which consists of photographic and mixed media works on paper and is to be unveiled at the Run Run Shaw Creative Media Centre.
