Joshua Burns's poems have appeared at Cha, Housefire and The Bakery. He graduated from the College of William & Mary in 2012 as an English major and Art History minor. Not long after, Cha accepted his poem “Washed in the Washing Machine for Two Minutes” for the winning entry of their “The Past” poetry contest and nominated it for the Pushcart Prize.
