Michael Judd
ImageMichael Judd is a first-year student in poetry at the Iowa Writers Workshop. He studied Economics and English at Princeton and at Brigham Young University. His awards include an Academy of American Poets Undergraduate Prize, the Mayhew Prizes in Poetry and Short Fiction, and a Ruth Lilly award in fiction. He spent two years as a church missionary in Hong Kong from 2001 to 2003. In addition to his own work, he also translates poetry and fiction from Chinese. [Read]
