Born in Shanghai, Jamie Wang is an Australian writer splitting her time between Hong Kong, Melbourne and any places that fascinate her. She is currently an MA candidate at Deakin University. Her works have appeared in Australian and Asian journals such as Mascara Literary Review and Eastlit. Apart from writing fiction, non-fiction and poetry, her interest lies in the role of literature in the context of sociology.
