Aye Wollam
ImageBorn and raised in Burma, Aye Wollam arrived in the US in 1991 to continue her education, when the schools in Burma were shut down due to the country's political turmoil. Since graduating from Western Illinois University with a biology degree, she has been working as a genomic scientist. A scientist by training, and poet by passion, Wollam spends her free time writing poetry and fiction. She lives with her husband and two kids in St Louis, Missouri.
